THE PAPOUTSIS FAMILY SCHOLARSHIP: The A.V. Papoutsis Family Hellenic Scholarship Fund was established in 2019 by Mr. Andrew V. Papoutsis in memory of his parents, Vasilios and Demetra Papoutsis, to recognize and support academic and vocational achievement among our young parishioners. Each year, a graduating high school senior who has demonstrated meritorious academic and/or community achievements will receive a $3000 scholarship (with the opportunity for up to 3 additional years of scholarship provided he/she continues to meet the fund’s eligibility requirements). Members of the Camp Hill Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Cathedral community or York Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church are eligible to be considered for this award. The A.. Papoutsis Family Hellenic Scholarship Committee will select the scholarship recipient based on: 1. Financial Need, 2. Academic & Extracurricular Accomplishments 3. Social & Community Standing. Those graduating seniors who wish to be considered for an award may request application information from Irene Mulkerin (Irene.papoutsis@gmail.com) The application and all accompanying documents must be received by May 4, 2020 to be eligible for consideration.
